LICENCE & PRACTICE CONDITIONS

Prohibited from treating any patient in the absence of direct patient assessment in a medical setting with appropriate documentation.

Cannot self-prescribe any medication.

Restricted from initiating new treatment of benzodiazepines and Z-drugs (zoplicone, zolpidem, zaleplon or additional members of this class). New treatment refers to treatment initiated after October 14, 2021. Treatment initiated or recommended by a consultant for continuous use may be prescribed/refilled.
